It is a period of lapping wars. Rebel cars, apexing even blind corners, have won their first victory against the evil Rolling Chicane Empire.
During the battle, Rebel spies managed to steal the secret plans for the Empire's ultimate weapon, The Master, a ruthless tool of apexory perfection with power to destroy any lap record.
Pursued by the Empire's sinister vehicles, Princess Apexia races home aboard her Miata, custodian of the stolen plans that can save her people and restore freedom to the HPDEians...
