Holiday Shipping and Returns
All tees, ties, socks, bags, accessories, and bundles count as one item. That means even if the item has two socks and a tie in the bundle, it is counted as one item. For complete shipping cost details, check our Shipping Info page.
When is my stuff shipping?
Domestic U.S. orders for shirts will ship via USPS starting the week of December 8 and through December 19 and should arrive before Xmas**. Smaller orders typically ship sooner in the shipping window 'cause, well, there is less stuff to print for ya. Orders for multiple designs will wait until all designs are printed. (Read about Our Process.) Orders without tees (including ties, socks, stickers and other accessories) will ship out Dec 1 through Dec 8. ccessories and stickers ordered with shirts will ship together with the shirts.

Returns will be accepted until Friday, January 31, 2015 given the returning item is in unworn and unwashed condition.
Exchanges will be accepted until Friday, January 31, 2015 if the appropriate size or style is available at the time of exchange request. If the size or style requested is not available the unworn and unwashed item may be returned for a refund in the item amount (i.e. less shipping).

Q: Can I combine orders with a previous purchase?
A: Any BFF orders will ship together and are not combine-able with a previous order.
Q: When do the bonus BFF coupons expire?
A: All BFF coupons will be valid up until March 31, 2015 (03/31/2015). After this date the coupons will expire.
Q: When do I get my BFF bonus reward coupons?
A: All BFF Bonus reward coupons will be emailed to the purchaser within three weeks after the BFF sale ends. The coupons will be valid for use between December 18th 2014 and March 31st 2015. Note, they will not be valid for use during the BFF sale.
Q: What about a valid coupon I already have? Can I use it on the BFF sale?
A: You sure as shirt can! Any pre-existing valid coupons are good to use during the BFF sale.
Q: I ordered 3+ Items and a Hoodie, why am I charged for shipping?
A: Unfortunately, Hoodies incur a shipping charge regardless of quantity or amount ordered.
